James Garner Avenue Phase III
James Garner Phase III consists of reconstruction of James Garner between Duffy Street and the recently constructed intersection at Acres Street, near the new Norman Central Library.
The project will provide for a new roadway and parking layout, new signals at the Main Street intersection and improved pedestrian facilities with new ADA compliant sidewalks and signalized crossings.
